ya got vips ,
i have no clue about 2nd couns. as d same question was asked at d couns. by a parent, but d admm officer was also not having d answer so they said they will ask their higher authorities and let d parent know afterwards i went for d couns and dont know what happens, but they said d 2nd couns will start rite from d 1st rank.

what college did u get i am hoping to get vips in second counce as las year an od gen with 780+ rank got vips so fingers crossed........
also if i get my money back before 19th july will i be able to to attend 2nd counce as for me its vips or nothing ill go somewhere else as i have 3-4 options . it would be a huge help if u could tell find an answer to my ques. as the helpline isnt recieving my calls god knows why.

ideal is also ok ok type, it would b better if get vips as its a good college

i might get into vips in the second councelling when sc , st , ph ,def seats will be converted to general . how is ideal institute is it any good?
