no u can't this time the 1st counselling closed at around 5000
for u its nearly impossible u can try sum where else

hi,my ipu-cet 2009 rank for b.tech is 4246 under delhi gen.category, i am interested in ece ------- in which college will i be able to get admission in 2nd counseling as per today's situation------does the same situation crunch arise every year in 1st counseling.--------why there is heavy rush in 1st counseling, is it ipu gaining popularity or reason is some thing else----- i am worried pls reply
