IGIT - the only girl college of IP University , The college of the University, was established by the Department of Training & Technology Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi in the year 1998 as the first women's Engineering College in India. The institute was specifically established to impart engineering education to girls of the country, keeping in view the global technological developments
