Improvements in Rank-o-Meter

I did some changes in the Rank-o-Meter today, though small but those were important changes. I realized about these changes only after students started using it.

The first change that I did was the listing of Colleges in the Ascending order of last year cutoffs. so now whenever you enter the rank and get the list the college with least cutoff will be on the top and the college with maximum cutoff will be below. In other words you can also say that the colleges on the top are most preferred college and colleges below are least preferred for the rank that you enter.

Second change was the display of Serial Number along with the list of colleges. So when you see a list of 10 colleges then it means that at your rank and category you can get ten colleges!!
